These TV's seem to have an issue passing 4K consistently from our products. the Anthem product will show the proper resolution and will decode and play back audio but 4K video will not pass through. 1080p or lower video from those sources will.


To get 4K content to properly pass through you can have the installer enable the following settings on the TV;


1.) Go into the General Settings menu in the Samsung

2.) Go to the External Devices Menu

3.) Select HDMI UHD Colour, and set this to Off or Disabled.
