If your subwoofer is making a popping noise, first check to see if it is related to all sources of sound or not.  If you only hear popping while playing DVDs and not from your cable box, it is likely not an issue with the subwoofer.  However, if the popping persists through all sources of content, there is likely an issue with the amplifier that requires it to be either repaired or replaced depending on the model and age of the subwoofer – in this case, please contact our technical support team.
